Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty good experience overall at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown Beirut with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome. On the downside, the dining options did leave something to be desired, and it could use a little more variety. Still, I felt it was a decent value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and made me feel like I was in a luxurious apartment, which was a huge plus. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to Beirut's attractions. However, I found the dining options below average for a five-star hotel, and the service could have been improved with more attentive staff. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, but there were definitely areas that needed attention.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore downtown Beirut and all the landmarks. The room was spacious and cozy, which was a plus. However, the room also had a bit of an unpleasant smell and was quite cold during my stay, which made it less comfortable. The service was friendly but not very professional, which left something to be desired.
The hotel has a great downtown location, making it perfect for sightseeing and close to lively areas. The rooms are massive and come with a mini kitchen, but they could use a bit of an upgrade, even though they were very clean. The service was friendly and helpful, organizing a reasonably priced driver for me, but it had some room for improvement. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were generally helpful and friendly, which was a plus. However, the room cleanliness was concerning, especially the bathroom, which had mold issues. Dining options were somewhat limited and slow, which detracted from the overall experience.
