7.6/10

I had a pretty good experience overall at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to downtown Beirut with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome. On the downside, the dining options did leave something to be desired, and it could use a little more variety. Still, I felt it was a decent value for money.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to downtown and very close to major landmarks, yet it feels like a quiet retreat.
Dining

The dining options were quite basic and could definitely be improved for a 5-star hotel.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but they could use some updating to really impress guests.

7.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and made me feel like I was in a luxurious apartment, which was a huge plus. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to Beirut's attractions. However, I found the dining options below average for a five-star hotel, and the service could have been improved with more attentive staff. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, but there were definitely areas that needed attention.

Rooms

The rooms were incredibly spacious, almost like a luxury furnished apartment. I loved that even the 'junior suite' felt massive and included a mini kitchen.
Service

While the staff was kind, they seemed often unable to help with various requests, which was a bit frustrating at times.
Location

The location is perfect for sightseeing and was so convenient for all my business meetings.
Dining

I found the dining experience to be below average, especially for a five-star hotel, with poor choices available.

6.8/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the upside, the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore downtown Beirut and all the landmarks. The room was spacious and cozy, which was a plus. However, the room also had a bit of an unpleasant smell and was quite cold during my stay, which made it less comfortable. The service was friendly but not very professional, which left something to be desired.

Rooms
7.0
The room was incredibly spacious and felt like a luxury furnished apartment, but it did smell of smoke and was quite cold, leading us to wear jackets indoors.
Service
7.0
The staff were all friendly and very helpful, particularly Mr Ali, although the level of professionalism varied.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a quiet area yet conveniently close to the lively parts of Beirut, making it easy to go about for both business and leisure.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were quite limited for a 5-star hotel, and the dining seemed a bit pricey considering the lack of variety.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had decent facilities, nothing really stood out as exceptional.

7.0/10

The hotel has a great downtown location, making it perfect for sightseeing and close to lively areas. The rooms are massive and come with a mini kitchen, but they could use a bit of an upgrade, even though they were very clean. The service was friendly and helpful, organizing a reasonably priced driver for me, but it had some room for improvement. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are huge and come with a mini kitchen, but they could do with an upgrade; nonetheless, they were very clean.
Service
7.0
The service was very good and friendly, and they were able to organize a reasonably priced driver for me.
Location
9.0
The location is very good for anyone looking to be in the downtown area, just a 10-minute walk to lively parts of Beirut.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience wasn't great; it was not a buffet, offering only a limited breakfast that felt a bit overpriced.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some nice facilities, but they could be more modern.

7.2/10

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were generally helpful and friendly, which was a plus. However, the room cleanliness was concerning, especially the bathroom, which had mold issues. Dining options were somewhat limited and slow, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were spacious, complete with a mini-kitchen, but unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was a real issue; there was mold present. I appreciated the large size of the accommodations, though.
Service
8.0
The staff were gracious and helpful, getting me a nice cup of coffee before I left. Their friendliness stood out, and they seemed knowledgeable about local recommendations.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything you need for business or leisure. It's ideal for getting around downtown.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay but could improve; the restaurant service was slow and there weren't a lot of options besides the traditional breakfast. A buffet would have been better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has decent facilities, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The amenities could use some enhancement to feel more luxurious.
